  20. There is a Borland document numbered TI1768 that covers your problem.  The
  21. essence of it is that you have in your WINDOWS or WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
  22. an old version of a file called BWCC.DLL.  This has to be replaced with a
  23. newer version that comes with your installation disks.  Check the 
  24. document, available from most Borland's internet site for full details.
