- There is a Borland document numbered TI1768 that covers your problem. The
- essence of it is that you have in your WINDOWS or WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
- an old version of a file called BWCC.DLL. This has to be replaced with a
- newer version that comes with your installation disks. Check the
- document, available from most Borland's internet site for full details.
